JuJuBe.com ships to the United States and US Territories, APOs, DPOs and FPOs. We do ship Internationally to select countries, and orders include shipping fees as well and duties and taxes.
When you place an order, processing will take between 7-10 business days. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Our free Ground shipping option is via Smartpost.
Our warehouse isn't open on the weekends, so orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday morning or the following business day if Monday is a Holiday. Once shipped you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We have seen that UPS, USPS and Fed Ex are all experiencing delays of up to 48-72 hours in uploading tracking numbers, even though orders have been shipped. Don’t be concerned if your tracking number doesn’t show movement in the first few days. We really appreciate your patience. Cancellations are not possible once an order is placed.
Currently expedited shipping methods will take 1-5 business days to process. If you need your order expedited, please contact our Customer Service team BEFORE ordering so they can advise on the proper service to select at checkout.
When available, all JuJuBe Next Day and 2nd Day shipping orders placed by 9 am PST Monday - Friday will ship on the same business day. If a Next Day or 2nd Day shipping order is placed after 9 am PST, it will ship the next business day. Next Day and 2nd Day shipping orders placed Saturday - Sunday will ship the following Monday. Next Day Air does not deliver on Saturday.
JuJuBe International reserves the right to cancel orders at any time. Buying with the intention of reselling is strictly prohibited and can lead to consequences such as: limited quantities and frequencies on future orders allowed, added fees to cover shipping and duties, and potential banning from future purchases. Free Shipping is limited to orders up to $600, orders over $600 will be invoiced for additional shipping charges.
For orders between $100.00 and $599.99, we offer free ground shipping in the United States. For order totaling $124.99 and below standard ground shipping is available for a nominal in the U.S.
We currently ship from Southern California.
There are no cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges. All Sale items have a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase with proof of purchase required.
All items are subject to sell out due to limited stock, and items cannot be guaranteed as available for purchase, including item(s) pictured in any ads. Limited release items are subject to limitations and exclusions from sales and discounts.
No discount stacking is allowed, most discount codes cannot be used in combination with the sale promotions unless otherwise stated. Please verify all shipping and billing information before checkout as addresses cannot be corrected once an order is placed. Unfortunately we are unable to modify, retroactively apply a discount code, or cancel an order once it has been placed as we begin to process orders as soon as we receive them. Select bags are available for our gift wrapping service. The fee is $15 per bag, per box. Only one bag can be packaged in one box and gift boxes can only be purchased with a qualifying bag. If your bag is eligible for gift packaging, you will be presented the gift box option at checkout, or can be found here.

YES! Caring for your JuJuBe bag and accessories will prolong their long and healthy life and help keep them looking great. Our cloth bags and accessories are machine washable for easy maintenance but be sure NOT to wash your bag with light colored or delicate items. Here are the settings suggested for best results:
MACHINE WASH COLD, GENTLE CYCLE. LINE DRY.

To keep your vegan leather bag tidy and clean, we recommend wiping down the exterior to clean off any stains or spills. Unlike real leather, our vegan leather does not need to be treated. Features like Odor and Water resistant lined interiors and exteriors, luggage feet, and more are designed to keep your vegan leather JuJuBe bag as clean as possible with minimal upkeep!
The dimensions of each JuJuBe bag are included in the description of every product. The dimensions are displayed in this order: W x H x D.
We carry a limited number of replacement parts including a selection of replacement shoulder straps and backpack straps to fit most of our bags. For further assistance please contact us!
We do have a limit on License releases and popular styles and prints of 3 per household, and our Sale page has a maximum of 5 per household. Purchasing from JuJuBe with the intent of reselling is strictly prohibited and may result in banning from future purchases.

RETURNS
If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or with an incorrect item please start a return on our Returns Portal within 30 days of placing your order. After 30 days, we are unable to accept these claims.
Here at JuJuBe, we make returns simple. Here’s how it works:
1) You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your JuJuBe purchase as long as it isn't a final sale, clearance or outlet item.
2) All returns must be in new condition with all tags attached and unused.
Please note, while we’d love to take back “gently used” goods, we can’t. There are plenty of places to find a good home for them, though including our Pre-Loved website!
3) Use our Returns Portal to start the return process. Please note customers are responsible for the return shipping of their item. We supply discounted shipping labels and will deduct the cost of the label from your return. JuJuBe is not responsible for goods that get lost in transit if a trackable method is not used!
If you bought from an authorized retailer, please return the item with that retailer first before contacting JuJuBe.
Please note that there is one exception to our returns policy: no returns or exchanges on items marked final sale. *ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. There are no cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Customers are responsible for postage on returns that are not due to defects. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s full responsibility. Once the returned item is received, JuJuBe will issue either a store credit or a full refund of the purchase price.
We will issue you a highly discounted return label and the cost of that label will come from your refund or store credit. Exchanges are always free! Create and print your prepaid shipping label, here.
Returns over $250.00 are subject to an additional 15% restocking fee.

Once we receive your return it will take approximately 5-7 business days for it to be processed. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for this transaction to post on your account. If payment was made with Sezzle or AfterPay, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to post to your account.
During the holiday season, please allow an extra 3-5 business days to our average 5-7 day processing time.
Once your return has been completed, we will get in touch via email to confirm your refund.
DISCOUNTS
Unfortunately, we are unable to add discount codes retroactively.
Only one discount code can be used per order. You can use a gift card or store credit with a discount code.
No. Unfortunately, we are unable to make price adjustments once orders have been placed.
No, there are exclusions that apply unless otherwise stated. Sale items, and bundles deals are excluded from all discount codes and promotions. This includes the Military Discounts.
If your discount code is not working at checkout, it may be expired and no longer valid or you may have already used it on a prior order. Discount codes cannot be combined and are not valid on sale or clearance items. Select exclusions apply, please contact us for more information.
Yes, our discount program for select occupations is dispensed by VerifyPass to be used once at checkout, with a limit of one code per month. This code cannot be used in combination with other codes and or sale items. If you still continue to have any issues with your discount code you will need to contact VerifyPass directly as they're the ones who distribute the code.
For future purchases, return to this page and repeat Step 1. (Limit 1 code per month.)

Points from multiple accounts cannot be combined into a single account, and there is a maximum of one account per household/address. Accounts with the same address, IP address, and multiple emails will be viewed a violation of the terms and conditions of the loyalty rewards program. Accounts that have different addresses and emails but are known to belong to one individual will also be viewed as a violation of the terms and conditions of the loyalty rewards program. Tiers are based on 12 months of rolling spend less any discounts or gift cards. If you do not spend the minimum amount required for that tier, you will moved down to the appropriate tier.
Points expire 12 months from the date of issuance. If you have not earned enough points to stay in the same tier, you will lose your tier status when those points expired. But the good news is that you can earn bonus points again for re-entering that tier.
Unfortunately we're unable to reinstate points once they have expired.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty for Bags
JuJuBe is proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects on our line of bags and accessories. JuJuBe stands behind each bag we manufacture with a rock-solid warranty and a proven track record of customer success.
What is Covered
Most JuJuBe bags are covered for the lifetime of the product or 10 years -- whichever comes first for any manufacturer defects. That includes torn stitching, misplaced labels, or any manufacturing error caused by the factory during production. A replacement bag of the same style and print will be offered up, however the same print is not guaranteed and if it is sold out will issue store credit for the original amount purchased. For international customers, you will be offered a gift card in USD for the amount paid for your bag, less duties and taxes. Replacement bags will not be mailed internationally.
Defective bags are required to be returned before warranty claims can finish processing.
Items purchased under FINAL SALE have a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase. Items purchased at the Alternative Retail Warehouse Sale Event also have a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase with a proof of purchase required.
Who is Covered:
The original purchaser of the bag obtained through an authorized retailer.
What is Not Covered:
Non-diaper bag items such as Baby Essentials including blankets, swaddles, teethers, socks, bibs, nursery organizers, and nursery essentials. Used or second-hand bags, bags purchased from the secondary market, or bags that were not originally purchased by/for the original user, tears in the fabric not related to stitching, animal damage, and customized products. In order to file a claim the lot and wash tag must be attached to the bag or else this voids the warranty.
Items purchased as FINAL SALE have a 30 day warranty window from the date of purchase.
90 Day Warranty
JuJuBe offers a 90 day warranty on the Nature Babe, Perfect Backpack, and Dr. Mom Diaper bags sold at Target; Eco Steps, Be Chill, Be Relaxed, Be Grounded, and Be Playful.
3-Year Warranty
JuJuBe offers a 3-year limited warranty on the JJB by JuJuBe bags. This includes the Modern and Deluxe Backpacks sold on Amazon.
Bags For the Baby Years and Beyond
At JuJuBe, we believe that our bags should stand the test of time and last you well beyond the baby and toddler years. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Hey there, parents!
We've gone thorough wash testing on all our machine-washable diaper bags and accessories and have some tips for when you’re ready to toss your JuJuBe item in the washing machine!
Washing Instructions
Step 1:
Spot-treat stains before washing using a gentle dish soap or spot cleaner. For tough stains, soak the bag overnight.
Step 2:
Put the item in a mesh laundry bag to protect the hardware.
Step 3:
Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. To avoid damage, don't use heat during washing or drying, and try not to leave your bag in direct sunlight or a hot car for long periods.
Step 4:
Allow the item to air-dry flat or hang dry indoors for up to a couple of days. Place rolled-up terry-cloth towels in the pockets to absorb moisture and speed up drying.
After washing a changing pad, make sure all the water is removed before air drying. Place it on a dry towel and roll it up tightly to squeeze out excess water. Repeat with a dry towel until all water is removed, then lay it flat to finish air-drying. This process can also be used for any items taking longer than usual to dry.
